why my ID 7311 is still under verification???

Dear Admin,

I'm Jesus from Mexico, I registered and submited the application form yesterday night.
Since I couldn't submit with my passport number,
my friend suggested me to create a Chinese one: 4401013+my date of birth+the last 4 letters of my passport.
I did it and submited successfully.
However after 24h later, I found my ID 7311 is still under verification? Why?
How I can solve this problem? Please let me know as soon as possible, thank you!
